ALL styles across the site will be included in our Black Friday Sale, with a minimum of 25% off and up to 60% off selected styles. Sale excludes gift cards. 

Some best-sellers and limited editions will sell out fast and won’t be restocked, so we recommend shopping early to secure your favourites. 

• The Black Friday Mystery Bag will be automatically added to your cart if your order is eligible.
• You’ll see a confirmation on the page that says:
  "Free Black Friday Mystery Bag has been added to your cart."
  They will also appear in your cart at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
• If you don’t see the Mystery Bag in your cart, try refreshing the page before checking out — especially important for those shopping right at launch. 
• Please do not remove the Mystery Bag from your cart. If manually removed, they cannot be re-added automatically, and you will not receive it.
• If the Mystery Bag is not in your cart at checkout, your order may not be eligible, or the GWP allocation may have sold out.

We’ve prepared a large amount of stock for this year’s Black Friday sale! That said, bestsellers and popular sizes tend to fly within the first few days, so if you’ve been eyeing something, we’d recommend grabbing it early.

We can’t guarantee restocks before Christmas, and some styles may even be archived and never return.

Due to the nature of the sale and significant discounts, all sales on discounted items during the sale are FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items; however, same-style size exchanges may be permitted, subject to stock availability.

We understand many customers purchase during the Black Friday Sale for Christmas gifting. To make gifting easier, we’re offering an extended exchange window for eligible orders.

Orders placed between 18 November – 2 December 2025 are eligible for exchanges until 31 December 2025. To qualify, you must contact us before 31 December 2025 to initiate your exchange.

Please note: All Black Friday sales are final; no refunds or store credits will be issued. Exchanges are same-style, different-size only and depend on stock availability. Please refer to our Black Friday return policy here.

Due to high order volume during peak sale season, dispatch times may be longer than usual.

• Instead of our standard 1-2 day dispatch, please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Yes, we’re happy to help with gift wrapping!

If you’d like some of the pieces in your order to be gift wrapped, please leave us a note at checkout, and our packing team will make sure to take care of it.

Gift wrapping is a complimentary service, and we’re happy to accommodate up to three boxes or individual pieces per order.

If you’d like to include a short gift message, you can add it in your checkout note, and we’ll include it on a card. For longer messages, we’ll pop in a blank card so you can handwrite your own.

To reduce packaging waste, smaller pieces may be packed together unless otherwise requested. Please note that any changes or requests made after your order has been placed may incur a small fee for additional packaging or shipping.
