HOLIDAY SHIPPING & SERVICE UPDATE

Hey Lovelies!

As much as we love what we do, we truly believe in finding balance between work and living. With the well-being of our team in mind, we’ll be taking a much-needed break over the holiday period. We wanted to share a few important updates regarding our holiday operations below.

Holiday Schedule:

Our office will be officially closed from 23rd December 2025 (our last working day) to 11th January 2026, with the team returning on 12th January 2026. During this period we’ll be taking a much-needed break so we can come back refreshed and ready to make 2026 our best year yet!

Order Processing & Shipping:

Our online store will remain open throughout the holidays, and we’ll continue sending orders intermittently when we can. Please note the usual processing time of 1–2 working days may be extended to 2–4 working days during this period due to reduced staffing and the following New Zealand public holidays when we won’t be dispatching:

• Christmas Day — 25th December 2025
• Boxing Day — 26th December 2025
• New Year’s Day — 1st January 2026
• Day after New Year’s Day — 2nd January 2026

Apart from those dates, we’ll be working through stock drops and shipping whenever possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Customer Service:

To prioritise our team's well-being, our customer service team will also be on break. Rest assured, your return window will be extended to accommodate the closure. Extended Returns

Orders placed between 18th November 2025 and 31st December 2025 come with an extended 30-day return window. All other terms and conditions of our return policy still apply.
